Not everything worth learning fits a subject timetable. Clubs are where a future engineer discovers she loves photography, where a shy Class VI boy finds his voice narrating stories, where cooking teaches more chemistry than anyone admits. At St. Peter’s, club time — including the well-loved Saturday sessions — gives the week a purposeful variety and every student a low-stakes place to begin.

Why clubs matter more than they look
Practical skill. Creative confidence. Collaboration with students outside one’s class and age group. And, quietly, leadership: senior club members run sessions, mentor juniors and learn what it takes to keep a group of enthusiasts organised. Universities call these “co-curriculars.” We call them Tuesday.
