Before you begin, do two things. First, confirm that the requested class and boarding or day option are open — the Eligibility page or a quick call settles it. Second, gather the latest school report and basic identity and contact information. One security rule above all: sensitive documents go only through this secure application system — never through an unverified messaging account, whatever anyone claims.

Why full disclosure helps your child
Parents sometimes hesitate to mention a learning difficulty or health condition, fearing it will sink the application. Our request is the opposite: tell us early. Disclosed needs are assessed for supportability — they let us plan, prepare staff, and say yes with confidence. Undisclosed needs discovered later serve nobody, least of all the child.
Your data
Application information is collected for admissions assessment, held securely, and handled under the school’s privacy notice. You may ask what is held and how it is used — and you should expect a straight answer.
